To play music for ambience or promotion, you’ll require a PRS for Music licence from CCLI as well as a licence directly from Phonographic Performance Ltd (PPL).
CCLI’s Video Licence will enable you to show many popular Christian DVDs.
CCLI can usually provide licences for Christian conference centres to reproduce song words via projection or print, photocopy sheet music and show films and film scenes.

CCLI's Church Copyright Licence, Music Reproduction Licence, and Church Video Licence are all available as either annual or short-term event licences. If your premises is covered by a music performance licence from PRS for Music, CCLI can also provide an annual or event PPL licence, enabling you to play commercial music recordings outside of worship services and meetings.
In some circumstances, your conference centre can require incoming churches/groups to hold their own licences, or to obtain the required permissions before using copyrighted material on your premises.
If you’re organising a one-off event, such as a concert, camp, or conference, CCLI can usually provide a short-term Event Copyright Licence, as long as the event is non-commercial, and certain conditions are met.
Please contact CCLI for further information and advice.

CCLI's Mobile Copyright Licence is tailored for itinerant workers and travelling ministries operating across multiple locations. It provides simple, comprehensive, and affordable coverage for the typical copying activities that assist congregational singing such as projecting copyrighted hymn and worship song words stored on computer, or printing them in service sheets or bulletins.
Mobile licensees can also benefit from a SongSelect subscription, providing a simple, single source of sheet music and free lyrics. SongSelect seamlessly integrates with Presenter by WorshipTools.

Whether you’re organising a wedding, funeral, or service of remembrance, you’ll want to ensure permissions are in place for any songs or creative works you wish to use.
Church-sponsored weddings and funerals (those where the bride, groom, or family usually attend the church) may use the church’s CCLI licences.
Couples or families who do not usually attend the church can obtain an Event Copyright Licence for the reproduction of worship songs and hymns during the service. This would include projecting lyrics onto a screen, or printing them in an Order of Service.
If you intend to use other copyrighted material during the service, or wish to record or stream a wedding or funeral during which copyrighted songs are played, CCLI recommends obtaining direct permission from the owners or licensing agencies who administer the rights.
